Coop.<\/strong> was established in <strong>March 1982<\/strong>, within <strong>Grupo Caja Laboral<\/strong>, with the aim of developing Engineering Services. Its corporate purpose was to \u201c<strong>Design, build and supply turnkey Auxiliary Facilities for Industry and the Public Administrations<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, <strong>Ondoan<\/strong> specialised in <strong>Water Treatment and Purification<\/strong>. In <strong>1984<\/strong>, after the incorporation of professional experts from other companies, it began to embark on<strong> Air Conditioning, Energy Saving and Fire Protection<\/strong>, therefore creating the <strong>Facilities Engineering Unit<\/strong>, which focussed on the \u201c<strong>Design and Execution of General Facilities for Industry and Singular Buildings<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>1985<\/strong>, it launched its <strong>R&amp;D<\/strong> activities in the field of \u201c<strong>Industrial Waste<\/strong>\u201d, which was the origin of the <strong>Environmental and Occupational Health &amp; Safety Unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1993<\/strong> was also an important year in the history of Ondoan: it was when the company moved its facilities to the Zamudio Technology Park, where it is currently located. That was also the year when the subsidiary company <strong>ONDOAN Servicios<\/strong> was established; a company dedicated to <strong>Maintenance and Technical Assistance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ONDOAN Auditor\u00eda y Control<\/strong> was established in 2001 and focussed on <strong>Health &amp; Safety and Environmental Inspection, Control and Audits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kelan,<\/strong> a company specializing in <strong>Fire Protection Facilities and Pumping Systems<\/strong> joined <strong>Grupo Ondoan<\/strong> in <strong>2007<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orgaus Systems<\/strong>, which specialises in Energy services, was incorporated to the\u00a0Group in 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2024, <strong>ONDOAN<\/strong> acquired a majority stake in the Catalonian company <strong>URVEN SOLUTIONS, S.L.<\/strong>, which specialises in designing and manufacturing components that <strong>integrate renewable energies<\/strong>, mainly solar, into <strong>car park canopies<\/strong>. This transaction is part of the Group&#8217;s diversification strategy within its traditional business areas.<\/p>\n<p>The path indicated strengthens the roadmap of enhancing<strong> Technical Consulting, Engineering Studies and Projects and Technical Assistance and Maintenance Services<\/strong> with a view to providing a wide range of services that cover the demands and requirements of our customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To this end, we have a skilled <strong>team of professionals<\/strong> recognised for their <strong>experience, responsibility, and dedication<\/strong> to their work.
