ONDOAN is launching its new Employer Brand and a website to attract talent

Under the slogan ‘JOIN THE TEAM’, ONDOAN has created a new section on its website that consolidates the key elements of its Employer Brand and highlights the job opportunitiesavailable within the Group’s companies. This new site is part of the initiative promoted by ONDOAN to develop an Employer Branding strategy that aims to offer talented individuals the chance to join a clear purpose: to contribute to a more sustainable, efficient, and responsible world through projects that truly matter and create a positive impact, giving purpose to their professional careers, and making people feel proud of their work.
The section begins with a presentation video that showcases various moments in the daily lives of the people who work at ONDOAN. It then proceeds to outline the main reasons why ONDOAN is an excellent place to work, supported by genuine testimonials from professionals within the Group who represent the diversity of the workforce.
All job offers from the ONDOAN Group are also published in this section, as well as on InfoJobs, LinkedIn, the Mondragón People employment channel, and other specialised portals. Furthermore, anyone interested in joining ONDOAN can submit their CV through the websitewithout having to respond to a particular job offer.
‘Leave Your Mark’ is the slogan developed by ONDOAN to promote its Employer Brand amongst the target audiences identified in the talent attraction process. This proposal is based on the four values most highly appreciated by the people who belong to the Group, as determined through an internal review involving professionals from various business areas, representing the most common profiles that join the organisation. These values reveal why working at ONDOAN can make a difference.
