ONDOAN, S. Coop. was established in March 1982, within Grupo Caja Laboral, with the aim of developing Engineering Services. Its corporate purpose was to “Design, build and supply turnkey Auxiliary Facilities for Industry and the Public Administrations”.

Initially, Ondoan specialised in Water Treatment and Purification. In 1984, after the incorporation of professional experts from other companies, it began to embark on Air Conditioning, Energy Saving and Fire Protection, therefore creating the Facilities Engineering Unit, which focussed on the “Design and Execution of General Facilities for Industry and Singular Buildings”.

In 1985, it launched its R&D activities in the field of “Industrial Waste”, which was the origin of the Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Unit.

1993 was also an important year in the history of Ondoan: it was when the company moved its facilities to the Zamudio Technology Park, where it is currently located. That was also the year when the subsidiary company ONDOAN Servicios was established; a company dedicated to Maintenance and Technical Assistance.

ONDOAN Auditoría y Control was established in 2001 and focussed on Health & Safety and Environmental Inspection, Control and Audits.

Kelan, a company specializing in Fire Protection Facilities and Pumping Systems joined Grupo Ondoan in 2007.

Orgaus Systems, which specialises in Energy services, was incorporated to the Group in 2016.

The path indicated strengthens the roadmap of enhancing Technical Consulting, Engineering Studies and Projects and Technical Assistance and Maintenance Services with a view to providing a wide range of services that cover the demands and requirements of our customers.
